BIO

Suzuki Diaz is a wardrobe stylist, fashion producer and photographer. She has always been interested on all forms of art expression.

Having studied Image and Sound Design at the Buenos Aires University (UBA), and Professional Photography at the School of Creative Photography she continues to attend advanced courses on Fashion Design, Photography Clinic, Art History and Painting with talented Argentine artists such as Vicki Otero, Guillermo Ueno and Nahuel Vecino.

Being of both Occident and Oriental descent, she is strongly interested in worldwide cultural movements, paying particular attention to blending authentic folklore with the modern and practical aspect of each culture.

For years now, she has been working as a professional stylist for both national and international productions. This includes carrying out fashion productions for editorials on Catalogue Book, Entrecasa and Gata Flora magazines, among others. She also made her own wardrobe designs for Video Clips for bands and solo artists such as Gotan Project (FR), Kevin Johansen and Emmanuel Horvilleur.

As Wardrobe Stylist for the Advertising Industry she worked for foreign directors such as Cadmo Quintero, Platon Andronidis, Rick Lenzig, Peggy Sirota, Landis Smithers, Mike Rowels, Chris Woods, Jason Harrington, Rich Lee, Germain Mc Micking. Her work with national directors include experience with Javier Nir, Gonzo Llorente, Pablo Fusco, Juan Chappa, Riki Saul, Eduardo Pinto and Jorge Gaggero among many others.

On International Still Shoots she worked with well-known photographers including Damien Laurent, Marc Trautmann, Marcus Weller and Cristoph Gramman. National Still Shoots include working with Machado-Cicala, Christian Welcomme, Hernan Churba and Charlie Mainardi.

As an independent artist she has participated on many Photo Exhibitions including the MUSGO book publication, done together with other local photographers. She is a member of the photography group YNMIN (Yo no me imaginé nada), where she carries out, together with all members, a monthly online collective photography exposition.

Her fascination with color and shape, as well as her healthy attention to detail, make each one of her creations a result of her various interests and abilities.
